Free books for teens!

December 28, 2011

Do you attend High School?  Do you want to earn FREE books for your collection? Well, guess what? You can!

There are still places left on the Read+ programme at Dannevirke Library – which runs until 20th January 2012.

It’s simple. All you have to do is read Tararua District Library books, then do a short written book report. For every 3 reports completed, you earn one brand new free book (that you choose from a selection of really cool books that we provide).

You can type your books reports up and staple them in your booklet when you get it, or email them in, if you live in a remote area. You can do reports on library books you’ve recently read, or one’s that you are reading now.

All we ask is that you complete a minimum of 3 reports by 20th January, but you can do up to 18 reports to earn a maximum of 6 free books, if you want.

To sign up, just pop into Dannevirke Library and fill out a form at the front desk. No parents required. Or download the form Read + form – and email/fax it to the library asap.
